Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt – IASSC Certified

The Yellow Lean Six Sigma course is recommended for all those in an organisation who want to get a management overview of the concepts, tools and methodologies of Lean and Six Sigma.
This course is suitable for all levels from senior managers, department managers, line managers, internal consultants, change agents, project managers and team leaders who will be responsible for directing, managing and reviewing the performance of staff who will be delivering Lean Six Sigma projects.
