Programme overview

MMC changes not only how buildings are constructed, but also how projects are planned, coordinated and delivered. This programme explores construction project management through an MMC lens, considering the interaction between off-site manufacturing and on-site delivery and the importance of effective planning, logistics, digital coordination, quality assurance and communication.

Learners develop project management knowledge and skills that can be applied to the coordination and delivery of MMC projects within today’s construction environment.
