MMC – Construction Productivity & Operational Excellence

Improving construction productivity requires organisations to continually examine how work is planned, managed and delivered.

This programme introduces participants to Operational Excellence methods and tools that can help identify hidden waste, improve processes and support more effective construction delivery.

Participants explore practical improvement techniques including process mapping, 5S workplace organisation, visual management, standard work, management of change and structured problem-solving.

A key element of the programme is the development of a workplace improvement project. Participants work through the problem, root causes, potential countermeasures, costs and benefits, implementation planning and measures of success, before progressing to project review and certification.
