QQI Level 6 Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326) – ESF+ Funding

The Construction Professionals Skillnet is pleased to announce that we will be running the QQI Level 6 Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326) Train the Trainer Programme, delivered by Shorcontrol Safety, this October in Naas, Co. Kildare.

This nationally recognised QQI Award (15 Credits) is designed for professionals who wish to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively design, deliver and evaluate training programmes within their organisation.

Programme Details

Course: QQI Level 6 Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326)

Venue: Shorcontrol Safety, Naas Industrial Estate, Naas, Co. Kildare

Tea/ coffee and lunch is provided on all days

Dates:

• 17th, 18th, 24th, 25th November & 1st Dec

Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm daily

ESF+ Funded Fee Through ESF+ funding support, the programme is being offered at a 60% subsidy rate.

Member Fee: €350 per person

The programme covers:

• The role and responsibilities of the trainer
• Understanding the adult learner
• Learning theories and training methodologies
• Effective teaching and facilitation strategies
• Equality, diversity and inclusive training practices
• Training delivery techniques and group dynamics
• The systematic training cycle
• Assessment and evaluation methods
• Practical training delivery skills

Assessment

Participants will complete:

• Project (40%)
• Skills Demonstration (40%)
• Learner Record (20%)

Successful participants will achieve a QQI Level 6 Component Certificate in Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326) worth 15 credits on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ).

This programme is ideal for supervisors, managers, technical specialists, subject matter experts and professionals who are responsible for sharing knowledge, delivering internal training, or developing staff capability within their organisations.
