Course Design
Modern organisations can be complex and ever-changing. This course will give participants the knowledge and skills to enhance their performance at work and flourish in challenging organisational settings, as well as enhancing career progression opportunities. This innovative programme aims to create a standardised level of knowledge and skills for people in similar roles in terms of understanding how the individual, team, and organisational behaviour can contribute successfully to each participants working life and the business overall.
Through a better understanding of key organisational leadership principles and concepts, participants will be empowered to enhance both their own performance and that of their teams. Participants will also be up-skilled in a range of key areas such as problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence so that they are better equipped to perform their role effectively in a dynamic organisational setting where flexibility, agility, and resilience are required.
How will the course be assessed?
CP Skillnet acknowledges that truly effective learning and development only occurs when the participant applies what they have learned. For that reason, this programme will be entirely assessed through continuous assessment instead of formal examinations. Participants will undertake several work-based
assignments which allows them to gain practical experience in applying theories and concepts to everyday work situations. Once the course is completed and results have been released, a graduation date at UCC will be communicated to you, to formally celebrate your achievement.
