Course Overview
This practical training programme is designed to give construction professionals a clear, working understanding of contract and commercial management across the full project lifecycle.
The course combines core contract law principles with real-world application, focusing on the day-to-day commercial issues that arise on construction projects and how to manage them effectively.
Participants will gain exposure to both international and Irish contract frameworks, including the NEC form of contract and the Public Works Contract, ensuring they can operate confidently across different project environments.
